Customize Your Bot

To use this command you must have Administrator permissions and your server must be authorized for bot customization.

Running the Commandโ€‹

Use the slash command:

/bot-customize

If your server is not authorized for customization, you'll see a message explaining how to unlock this premium feature.

Step 1: Appearance Modalโ€‹

After running the command, a modal will appear where you can set:

  • Bot Nickname โ€” The bot's display name in your server (max 32 characters)
  • Bot Bio โ€” The bot's "About Me" section (max 190 characters)
  • Bot Avatar โ€” Upload a custom profile picture
Avatar Requirements
  • Formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF
  • Max size: 10MB
  • Min dimensions: 128x128 pixels

All fields are optional โ€” leave any field blank to keep the current value.

Step 2: Next Step Buttonโ€‹

After submitting the appearance modal, you'll see a summary of your changes with a Next Step button. Click it to continue to branding customization.

caution

The Next Step button expires after 5 minutes. If it expires, run the command again.

Step 3: Branding Modalโ€‹

A second modal will appear where you can set:

  • Footer Text โ€” Custom text that appears in the footer of all bot embeds
  • Footer Icon URL โ€” A URL to an image that appears as the footer icon
  • Embed Color โ€” A hex color code (e.g., #FF5733 or FF5733) for the embed accent color

All fields are optional โ€” leave any field blank to keep the current value.

Step 4: Confirmationโ€‹

You'll see a final summary of all changes (appearance + branding) with Yes and No buttons:

  • Yes โ€” Applies all changes to the bot and saves them to the database
  • No โ€” Cancels the customization; no changes are applied
caution

The confirmation buttons expire after 1 minute.

After Customizationโ€‹

Once confirmed, your changes are applied immediately:

  • The bot's nickname, bio, and avatar update in your server
  • All embeds sent by the bot in your server will use your custom footer text, footer icon, and embed color
  • Changes are saved to the database and persist across bot restarts

You can run /bot-customize again at any time to update your settings. The modal will pre-fill with your current custom values.
